1. Who can use SportSwipe

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that the age you enter is accurate. We remove accounts that misstate age.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your login details and for everything that happens on your account. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has access.

3. How to behave

SportSwipe is for meeting people to play sport with. No harassment, hate speech, nudity, spam, impersonation, or commercial soliciting. You can report or block anyone at any time, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Meeting in person

We do not run background checks on members. Meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and use your own judgement. You take part in sport at your own risk.

5. SportSwipe Plus

SportSwipe Plus costs $6.99 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Plus page; your benefits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe, and prices may include tax depending on where you live.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the app develops. If we make an important change, we will let you know in the app.
